ITP and your emotional wellbeing
Physical and emotional wellbeing
As ITP is a complex disease that impacts beyond its physical symptoms, it is very important to identify and follow what works for you. Follow the tips below.
You don't have to do it alone if you feel you need support!
Support can come from different corners of life and can include family, friends, Patient Organisations or external resources. Reaching out to connections in your support network can be a step to understand and support positive change.
Additionally, discussions with your doctor or involvement with Patient Organisations or Support Groups can bring new insights and support change. In our Resources section, you can find more information on organisations that can offer support to living with ITP.
